About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert support via phone and email. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience through precise order processing, technical product guidance, and essential support for our outside sales team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment.
- Technical Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve complex issues with a focus on product knowledge and professional problem-solving.
- Product Expertise: Proactively develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our evolving product lines and services to act as a reliable resource for clients.
- Sales Liaison: Provide administrative and logistical support to the outside sales team to facilitate territorial growth.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in customer service, sales support, or a related professional field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build lasting rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize high-volume tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
